How It Works: Your Packaging Process Demystified
Vacuum Pumping
- Put the items that need to be packaged into the packaging bag in the vacuum chamber.
- The upper cover of the vacuum packaging machine is pressed down to seal the vacuum chamber.
- The vacuum pump starts working, extracting air from the vacuum chamber to create a vacuum state inside the packaging bag.
Sealing
- When the vacuum degree reaches the preset value, the vacuum pump stops working.
- The heating strip heats and seals the opening of the packaging bag to ensure complete sealing and prevent air from entering.
Cooling
- The heating strip stops heating, and the cooling system cools the sealed area to make the seal more secure.
- Open the top cover of the vacuum chamber and complete the vacuum packaging.
Why Choose Our Vacuum Packaging Machine
Each one is tested by vacuum instruments to ensure the absolute standardized vacuum degree of each of our products.
Tailored for Your Needs: Customization Options

Inflatable Option
After the vacuum bag containing the product is vacuumed, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and oxygen can be filled into it.

Soft Air
It can deflate slowly, so that the vacuum bag will not be punctured by sharp objects (such as bones, fish, seafood, etc.) during the deflation process, which may result in air leakage.

Vacuum Chamber Size
Customize the vacuum chamber size according to the size of the product.

Sealing Shape
The sealing has patterns, M-shaped and V-shaped, suitable for different usage scenarios.

Vacuum Requirement
Different products have different requirements for vacuum degree. For example, food packagin g typically requires a high degree of vacuum (close to 99%), while some industrial products may only require a moderate degree of vacuum.
The ultimate vacuum degree of a vacuum pump determines the highest vacuum level it can achieve. When selecting, it is necessary to ensure that the maximum vacuum degree of the vacuum pump meets the application requirements.
Extraction Speed
The pumping speed refers to the volume of gas that a vacuum pump can extract per unit time, usually expressed in cubic meters per hour (m3/h) or liters per minute (L/min).
For production lines that require fast packaging, choosing a vacuum pump with a faster pumping speed can improve efficiency.
For small or household vacuum machines, the pumping speed can be appropriately reduced.
Our vacuum packaging machine can be equipped with vacuum pumps of 8m³, 20m³, 65m³, 100m³, 200m³ according to demand, and can also be paired with Busch vacuum pumps.
Packaging Bag Size and Quantity
The larger or more packaging bags, the greater the amount of air that needs to be extracted, thus requiring a higher power vacuum pump.
For example, industrial grade vacuum machines are usually equipped with high-power vacuum pumps to meet the packaging needs of large quantities and sizes.

Meat Vacuum Shrinking System
The product enters the vacuum chamber, and the vacuum pump starts to work, extracting air from the vacuum chamber and creating a vacuum environment.
After reaching the preset vacuum level, the heating strip seals the packaging bag to ensure complete sealing.
The vacuum chamber is opened, and the products that have completed vacuum packaging are transported to the next stage.
The vacuum-packed product enters the water bath heating tank.
The water bath heating tank in this hot water dip tank machine or hot water shrink tunnel machine is filled with hot water, and the water temperature is precisely controlled according to the product requirements.
The product is evenly heated in the water bath, keeping the packaging bag tightly fitted to the product surface.
The advantage of water bath heating is that the temperature is uniform and gentle, which is suitable for temperature-sensitive products such as meat.
The heat shrunk product enters the drying tunnel machine.
The drying channel uses an induction lifting fan. The fan height is adjusted according to the height of the product to dry the surface of the product and remove the residual moisture during the packaging process to ensure that the product is dry and hygienic.
